How do I correct e-mail address error in Intuit Link when the address is an exact match in ProSeries?

Intuit Link is giving me an error on a couple of my clients indicated that "The client’s email address has been changed and needs to be updated within Intuit Link. Email addresses need to be the same so there are no issues with data privacy/loss. Select Edit in the upper right of the above User ID field and update the email address. Invite the client to Intuit Link with the new email address." I don't understand why I'm getting this, because not only did I not change the addresses from last year, but the ones in Link are identical to what is in ProSeries. I tried overwriting the e-mail address with the same, correct, matching address, but Link still does not give me an option to re-invite them, as the error tells me that I should.
