How can I get all 4 pages of Form 2553 to generate

When we are printing Form 2553, the third page is not being generated and printed.  We have to click on that page and print it separately.  The IRS requires all 4 pages to be submitted, even when there isn't any information on that page.  When the e-file is sent, it is missing page 3 and page 3 is only present in the signed PDF we have attached.  We need it to generate all 4 pages every time.

Need more info.  Source?

Instructions for Part II (Page 3):

Part II
Complete Part II if you checked box (2) or (4) in Part I, item F.

I imagine Lacerte has interpreted it as "No need to include Part II if it isn't applicable".  I've filed F2553 without part II (page 3) all these years.  There has not been a problem.

I come here for kudos and IRonMaN's jokes.
