What's the average hourly wait to speak to someone at Lacerte - to buy an additional product no less?

About the same wait as to speak to someone at IRS, about how much tax to pay.
I have been waiting for an hour just to find out how to change my scanner settings. I AM in the process of dumping this program soon. Love the program for 25 years but BAD support - ever since Intuit took over.
Nope, I want to start a revolution against Intuit - get more **bleep** people to answer the phones.
How is "changing my scanner settings the same as "buying a new product"?
And what am I missing about how Intuit knows anything about your scanner settings?
Maybe I'm not using MY scanner to it's full capabilities ....
