Have a short year 100S for California Moved mid year to Wyoming who does not have Corp taxes - how to split california income from federal for the tax return?

It's not necessarily a short year California return. You apportion the income to CA.

Did they terminate the corporation in CA? And domesticate in WY? If no, they will need to continue filing in CA even if the apportionment factor is -0-.

AND.... until SOS is notified of the dissolution of the Corp in CA ( if that's what happened) the CA minimum tax of $ 800 will be owed.
