Has the print setting for schedule k-1 optional page 2 been eliminated?

The IRS got rid of page 2 this year.

The "List of Codes" is page 24 of the IRS 2020 Schedule K-1 (Form 1120S).  The codes page has not been eliminated by the IRS.

You can print the K-1 Instructions

that would include page 24 or create a one or two page of your own

There is no page 2 of K-1. Possibly Lacerte will copy my reduced version, but don't count on it.
