Form 8283 for California

Taxpayer takes a standard deduction on the Federal return and completes a Form 8283 since non-cash contributions are greater than $500.  Taxpayer itemizes on California and Form 8283 does not appear as a form.  Is this acceptable to California?

California will probably want that form.  I can't see where to force it to show on CA.

I'd either:

1) submit this as a ticket to Intuit to get them to get it to show

2) PDF the 8283 and e-attach it to the CA return

Thanks, Karl.  Lynn Freer of Spidell says it is required.  Tried twice at Lacerte.  Neither support individual seemed to understand.  Just printed out the 8283 .pdf and attached it.  Then printed it out and attached it behind the Schedule A in the Client's copy.  Hopefully, Lacerte will get this fixed.
