Form 7202 Sick Pay Credit

Can a statutory employee (i.e. life insurance agent) claim the sick pay credit on form 7202?

Isn't this Form 7202 instruction going to be a problem?

"Enter your net earnings from self-employment. In most
cases, this is the amount from line 6 of Schedule SE (Form
1040)."

Thanks for your response.

It says "in most cases".  This might be the exception to the rule as statuary employees even though they don't come an SE form, but they do come a Schedule C.
