Has anyone successfully used the PDF Automation Station product to convert the flat PDF organizer into a fillable form?

The lack of search results and review listing on Google does not instill confidence. Especially since proforma organizers contain your clients' confidential data, I would be hesitant to even try that software, whether or not it works.
