Any thoughts on why calendar information is not being exported from Lacerte when I do a csv file export? Clients are selected that do have appointments--I can see the appointments in Lacerte since I changed my view to include the appointment columns.
All the other requested info is making it into the csv file, but the columns for the appointment date, appointment time, and appointment location are blank.
Lacerte support got on my computer with me and indicated it should be working. They wanted me to try a few things (which I could not do on the spot) and then call them back. The things tried were to attempt this from a different workstation on the network and to try a webinstall on the program. I have done both of these things--still not working.
I'd appreciation any suggestions before I try to call them back.

The appointments are in a completely separate database.
Go to (Drive):\Lacerte\20Tax\Option20\Appointmenst20.DBF. This file can be opened in Excel and then saved as a csv file. I tweak the file in Excel and then import to Outlook.
You found out how to export, but left us no instructions on how to do it. Do you think you can give us detailed instructions on how you did it.
