Exempt org bug on foreign address

In Exempt Org module there is a bug on page 56.2

CA efile is rejected because there is no State or Zip Code in address fields.  Had to paper file CA.

But this is a foreign address!

There should be fields for foreign address, like on 16.2 or 43.1

Any workarounds?

In the client screen, highlight the client and use Ctrl + L to open a Service Request. Put the detail you wrote there and it will go to Lacerte for investigation.
