Estimated payments not being withdrawn from bank accounts

Anybody experiencing estimated payments and extension payments not being debited by the IRS?

IRS is very slow on the draw. 

I am beginning to think they screwed up their programming and will take the estimate when they take the tax payment, i.e. 5/17. Then they will need to write special rules to accommodate their kerfuffle.

I got confused.  I wasn't sure if I should stand or kneel when I read that post.

We have a new administration - Kneeling is now acceptable. Try to hold back any visible tears.
