Electronic federal corporate payment AFTER efiling

Can ACH be set up for corporate balance due AFTER efiling a C Corporation?  Client is foreign and does not have EFTPS.  We already efiled the return.  I see for CA we can do via the estimated tax payment wizard as this is bifurcated from the return filing.  How can I do Fed?  Do I have to do a superceded return?

You can't do it after the return is efiled.

Maybe you can with a superseded return.
