I ran updates today and after they were complete my EFIN was missing in Settings. Called support and they cannot figure it out. Was told I would receive an email this afternoon when a new update was available (a new update was going to be put out since Lacerte was having issues this morning). The woman I spoke with said that would fix my EFIN issue. Never received an email and no updates are available. I am at a loss. I cannot e-file returns and after talking to 4 different people nobody at Lacerte knows how to fix this!
