The Usage screen in Lacerte's e-signature dashboard is often blank. We called last Thursday and eventually it was fixed, though the agent we spoke to had no idea how that happened. There were alerts last week that this problem existed, and then alerts that it had been solved. On threads about this, there are links to "Solution!" but they lead anyplace.
We're new to Lacerte, and this doesn't bode well. Has anyone figured out how to fix it? We tried renaming the file "old" with the agent on Thursday, but that didn't work. Other ideas?
