I just applied the latest update, and my E-signature dashboard is entirely black (as is the "how it works" screen). Only the "purchase e-signature" screen has a window displayed.
Anyone facing this? Any suggestions? I suspect it has to do with the high DPI settings

My docu-sign is locked or frozen.
I am also having the same issues with the black screen, and also get a black screen when I try to send forms via Lacerte to docusign. Have to do it directly out of docusign and not thru lacerte.
I just signed up and have the same issues I even went and bought a few e signatures

I spent 2 hours on the phone with Lacerte with this issue with eSig. Yes, it also broke for me in the last update.
It's an issue with high DPI settings. There's a "ticket in". No estimate on resolution.
There is a fix/workaround involving RegEdit. Much too complex for me to post here.
In the meantime, I found that if you change your high DPI compatibility settings (right click on your Lacerate icon, Properties, click on the Compatibility tab, then the high DPI settings box) to "Application", you will get a weird screen scaling, but it's usable."
