Why is the Miscellaneous Income / Other Income sheet not included in the E-organizer that is being sent to the clients?

Look at your settings. When you have the clients selected, it the settings are to the left of bottom of that selection list. Here is a picture with the typical print When Applicable possibly you have an X or a check mark like the top two in the image.
Be sure you have updated 2019 - They have stated that everything is fixed in Version 41.0121 released two days ago.
