Is there any service offered to efile extensions without paying the REP fee? I hate to shell out over $2500 for my business procrastinators, but still want to take care of them!

Not that I am aware of. IRS, Adobe and USPS can join forces to do it without any e-file involved. https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f7004.pdf
