In common law jurisdictions, a personal representative or legal personal representative is a person appointed by a court to administer the estate of another person.

Personal Representative is also a new thing for partnerships under the Consolidated Audit Procedures

EDIT: Ignore me. This would be Partnership Representative. One person at my office keeps calling the ptrshp person a Personal Rep. Now I'm doing it.
