Decedent's estate final 1041 return. When does the return have to be filed? The end date is December 31, 2022.

The final return is December 31, 2022. does the return have to be filed before April 18, 2023, and if so, what would the date be?

I Checked the 1041 instructions, and I didn't find anything that addressed filing of a final return when the final year is a full 12 months.   I am beginning to think that I can go with April 18, 2023.

The instructions say the 15th of the fourth month after it is closed.
