Critical error due to foreign tax withheld ref 55350

I'm receiving a critical error due to foreign tax withheld, ref 55350 and I can't clear it.

Me too! Cannot get the 55350 or 55410 error messages to clear. Checked 1099 Taxes and changed to "Other Country"

I am also getting the same error started about a week ago.  The only way I can clear it is to delete the foreign tax withheld completely.  I tried entering it in the form 1116 directly as well.  There must be a bug in one of the recent updates.
