CA Form 3514, Earned Income Credit worksheet how to calculate and print the lacerte worksheet for 3514 to show that the client isn't eligible?

Hi, Sandy. After reviewing this, Lacerte currently does not have a way to force Form 3514 for CA when the taxpayer does not qualify for EIC. As an alternative, you could print out the form by force-viewing it in the Forms tab (clicking on it when it's not in bold). Then attach as a PDF to the return, or use for review purposes.

I will notify our CA development staff of this to possibly include this ability in a future release.
