I have a client that receives alimony which is taxable in CA.  I'm entering the correct amount and Lacerte is doubling it on Sch CA, Sec B, line 2, column C

Mine appears to be calculating correctly. What are your inputs on Screen 14.1?

120K in alimony received and 1/2/20 in the date of agreement.  With that input, I get a +240K adj on the Sch CA.  These are the same entries I made in '24, which came out correct.

Of course I could enter half of the correct amount to get where I need to be.  But then when Lacerte fixes this...

Very strange! Here are screenshots of my input/output. I would call Support. You're right not to cut it in half on input just to shortcut it.
