The latest build is broken.
Has anyone else noticed that if you look for Missing Data (I tried in both the individual and Fiduciary modules), the program freezes and requires Task Manager to kill it?
I even re-loaded the software, and still have the same issue.
I do not experience that problem. You mentioned "re-load". How did you do that?
I would use 2021 Lacerte Web Setup (not use the in product update.)
If that fails try the new Lacerte Tool Hub https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/fix-common-problems-and-errors-with-the-l... Especially the FORCE feature that does more that just "re-load".
Lacerte Support carefully explained that I was using the wrong brand of hot chocolate! Apparently the color and material of the sweater was OK....
That. and deleting 2 option files did the trick. The prior attempt at a forced Web install didn't....
