Form 2220, Part III, Line 9 Installment due dates. I would love to be able to override the installment due dates.
My corporate client's year-end is the last Sunday of September. If I use a fiscal year-end that is before 9/30, Lacerte generates installment due dates of 12/15, 2/15, 5/15, and 8/15. The dates should be the 15th day of the 4th month after year-end and so on. So that would be 1/15, 3/15, 6/15, and 9/15. The letter show correct dates for current year estimated payment due dates. Unfortunately, Form 2220 shows the incorrect dates for the prior year due dates.
