2021 program will not open this morning

I cannot open the 2021 program today.  2020 will open but I get an error message when I try to open 2021

What was the error message?

You may need to do a WebSetup/force in Lacerte Tool Hub.

Or, it was your computer telling you to take a break.

Error message:  DoBeforeInitialize:  Exception = Error Initializing config.

Access violation at address 006EE95A in module 'w21tax.exe', Read of address 00000000

I did go to the Lacerte hub and use the Websetup/force for the 21 program and I still can't open the program.

Any ideas?  Thank you for your help and time.

No clue.

My IT guy does the share view thing and resolves these types of issues.

Used to be death and taxes.

Now it's bank fees, IT guy invoices, death and taxes.

Hope you could find an IT guy to resolve it.  OR have a fun evening and call Lacerte tomorrow.
