update tax year 2016-2019

We are advised to update the program version for tax years 2016 through 2022.  I had no trouble updating tax years 2020-2022.  However, for tax years 2016-2019, I cannot get the login page to come up.  Has anyone else had this problem?  Did you find a solution to get the login page to come up?

I have the same problem.  I'm using proseries,  I'm reluctant to use FORCE install for Lacert because proseries is already installed.
