SafeSend integration
I notice that Lacerte is allowing me to view, save, or print a password protected file when using the SafeSend "send return" feature. I called Lacerte support and they told me they can't control the SafeSend integration and that I need to contact SafeSend. Then SafeSend tells me that their development team doesn't directly control the functionalities on the Lacerte side. Lacerte built the integration feature, and our role primarily involves providing an API key to establish the connection. So I guess both sides are pointing to each other. Until there's a fix, you may want to disable the SafeSend integration since this is a huge security flaw.
