Refund Advance & E-File Not Working Yet???
"I offered the Refund Advance through SBGTP, and they had me promote the Advance Loan offered by ProSeries. However, I am unable to e-file the tax returns through Intuit, which prevents my clients from receiving their advance loans. This is extremely frustrating because Intuit misled me about the process, and now my clients are upset with me. Meanwhile, the same service seems to be accessible online, which adds to my frustration."
