The Intuit Pro-connect login window shows the error "Browser not supported. Download the latest version of one of these browsers to continue." Pro versions installed are: 11  through 21.

Pro 11 -  14, 19 - 21 work. Pro 15 - 18 show the error.

Please provide a clear and concise method to resolve this error. 

 

Environment Windows 11, 64BIT OS.

1. You have posted in the wrong area. This is where improvements to features and functions can be proposed.

2. It is unclear which product you are using. You posted for Lacerte, then made reference to Pro-Connect (ProConnect Tax?) and the Pro Versions, which leads me to thing ProSeries.
