Form 2441 Diagnostic

Ref. #58226   I'm filing a Form 2441 to reconcile the daycare expenses and the Box 10 Dependent Care Benefit on W-2s.  Diagnostics state because there is no credit, the return must be paper filed.  Is there a fix for this?
