eFile Reject: Error 5205 TX - Invalid combinatio of tax forms

I tried efiling with the same carryover 2022 information for the Texas Franchise Tax Form 05-102/05-166. I get this reject code. 

I have no idea what it means. 

Reject: Error 5205: Invalid combination of tax forms. - Form Number: Header; Line Number:

Resolution: For this filing the state has determined that the filing type is not consistent with the transmitted forms. Please review the forms you are submitting (or missing) and make any necessary adjustments and resend the filing. Please remove any entries overriding which main form is generated in the program.

It looks like there is now a check box to remove the 05-166.  I just discovered this today.  I had tried removing the information for the 05-166 before and then it didn't generate all of the other forms needed.
