Yes, we are having this issue now 2/7/2025. In Rightworks hosted environment.
What's happening, on two workstations: When attempting to enter an appointment, and clicking the "Browse Clients" button to fill in the client information, the appointment program freezes and the tax program freezes as it is waiting for you to finish with the appointment program.
This stays frozen for about 3-5 minutes. Then, unfreezes. The client list is then available to select the client.
In the "fix" listed here: Resolving common issues with Lacerte Appointments Manager, it mentions re-indexing the appointment database by selecting "Tools", "Apppointments", then "Reindex Appointments".
I don't see that choice.

We are having the same issue on all workstations in the office. We have a network setup, not hosted.

I was told by Lacerte they are aware of it and should be fixed by the next update, but we'll see.
