The following diagnostic is generating:
Invalid Virginia Non-Resident State Name
Solution:
This error can occur when VA is not listed as the resident state at the top of Detail screen 1. You can de-trigger this diagnostic by clicking on the diagnostic error itself in the diagnostic tab or by navigating to Detail screen 55.171, clicking Virginia on the far left and in the top section Virginia Part-year/Nonresident information, in the 'State of Residence' line enter a 2 character state ID. This field is NOT considered an override.
