CA requires the Signing Officer's first and last name for electronic filing purposes.
Solution:
Click on the diagnostic in the Diagnostics tab or go to Details screen 4.2 Electronic Filing, scroll down to the California Miscellaneous section, Signing Officer, and enter the name of the officer in the Name line. This input is required for e-file purposes.
