The entity's telephone number is required and must be 10 characters long. Verify that a valid phone number, including the area code has been entered in the Client Information screen.
Solution:
On Detail screen 1 ensure there is a ten digit phone number in the Telephone Number field. When the number is entered as 10 digit number without formatting or spaces the program will auto format the number when you advance the next line down or other line.
