The following diagnostic is generating: e-file: The Homeowner/Renter Status is required for e-file. (ref. #61915).   

All my Michigan e-files are coming up with this error.  This is related to the Mi Homestead property Tax Credit MI-1040CR-7.   the Diagnostic is coming up even if the taxpayer isn't qualified to receive this credit.  It won't allow me to file Michigan returns until this is taken care of.

Have you tried suppressing error checking in e-file to see if this is a ghost diagnostic?
