The following diagnostic is generating:

e-file: Input exists for Schedule 1 line 24z, Other Adjustments. The IRS instructions for Schedule 1 line 24z state to leave this line blank. Please remove the input.

Solution:

Click on the diagnostic from the Diagnostics tab or navigate to Deductions>Screen 24 Adjustments to Income>Other Adjustments. Remove any entries in Other (Ctrl+E) (code 19) Per Form 1040 Instructions for Schedule 1 page 95, Line 24z: Leave line 24z blank.

The IRS instructions do not state that line 24z of Schedule 1 needs to be blank. Is there a way to override this in Lacerte?
