The following diagnostic is generating: Effective July 1, 2023, the estate or trust must have at least one income beneficiary, who, on the last day of the taxable year, was a resident of this state. This is a grantor trust, there are no income beneficiaries and the grantor is a resident of the state where the trust is. How do I tell Lacerte that everything is fine?
