TN FAE 170 - I am trying to use the 3 factor apportionment. Box is check to use 3 factor but Lacerte is still using single factor. The diagnostic reads: "An election was made to use "triple weighted sales" however both requirement have not been met per instructions.
I look up the instructions and only see you have to elect to use 3 factor, which I have. I am lost. Anyone else seen this?
