The following diagnostic is generating: The State of Michigan requires a PDF copy of the Schedule K-1. (And associated with this is 32698) In the hosted environment, tech support thinks that the PDF needs to be saved to a location that is not the desktop. She tried the I: drive and the H: drive but those were not the place. She had a knowledge article for transmitting a PDF from Rightworks which didn't have the solution. She checked with the support team and put me on hold May 3, 2024

After 35 minutes she didn't have the answer so she requested the LC file to review with her colleague.

Intuit - please post a knowledge article. I spent an hour with tech support and that will have gone to waste if guidance is not provided for future LC users.
