Why am I getting this critical error message? I filed an extension before the initial filing. Client changed the return so I decide I'll try a superseded return. I follow the instructions on the efile screen but it says I can't file a superseded return. Why? I meet all the criteria?

I have the same issue. I followed all the procedures laid out by Lacerte and I'm still getting an error.

This is not Intuit Support. Don't expect a response from Intuit.

The forum is "staffed" by volunteer users of the software. We don't know what that message says either.

Tell us what it says, and what type of return you are trying to efile.
