The following diagnostic is generating:

Interest Income Item # {PrefixNum} : Seller-financed mortgage SSN number is missing.

Solution:

Go to Screen 11, Interest Income. Enter the Social security number or Employer ID number in, "Identification number (SSN or EIN)," code 801 Critical, will prevent e-file transmission.
