I could understand if this was a Non-resident/Part-year resident return for NC, but the taxpayer is a full year NC resident.
Diagnostic will NOT clear without removing the "Expenses Related to PPP Loan Forgiven" override. The other line numbers referenced in the Diagnostic do not apply to this return.
What is the fix to clear this for filing?
