I have always put a sub schedule in the statement section of  my tax returns showing 1099's issued to an individual that belong to their corporation.  I then but in a description of "nominee income for"  and subtract out the total,  thus zeroing out the schedule.

This provides a statement showing income reported in error and were the income actually ended up for tax purposes.  

I have done this for 20+years. Now intuit is giving me this error and I can not get out of it.  

How do I resolve this problem?
