The following diagnostic is generating: e-file: As of January 1, 2019 returns that are subject to the efile mandate, must also make payments electronically (ref. #53522) Mississippi does not require electronic payment of taxes due. Furthermore, I just prepared 2 corporate returns, both of which have a state tax liability. One of the returns gets this diagnostic and the other does not. Why?

Why doesn't Lacerte correct this erroneous diagnostic.  Mississippi does not REQUIRE electronic payment of taxes due on a corporate tax return.  This creates big problems in trying to e-file the tax return.
