The following diagnostic is generating: OHIO RITA Resident City Summary - every number must be overridden. Once you review the return, you can ignore this CRITICAL diagnostic and e-file the return. Have tried 3 times, RITA rejects it every time. Do not know what the form wants to be filled in.1
