The Partnership Representative's (as designated in Client Information) telephone number is missing or invalid.
Solution:
make note of number in Screen 1>Misc Info>Partnership Rep Partner # then go to Screen 7 highlight that partner number on the left and Telephone Number field is in the Address and Telephone section
