The following diagnostic is generating:

The paid preparer's SSN or Tax Identification Number (PTIN) information is either missing or invalid. Either the preparer's SSN or PTIN must be present for electronic filing. Verify that either one of these has been entered under the Preparers tab of the User Options or that a Preparer has been selected in the Client Information screen.

Solution:

Step 1: On Detail screen 1 scroll down to the Miscellaneous Info section and make a note of which Preparer is listed in the Preparer field. Next, access Settings > Options > Preparers tab and select the preparer listed in step 1. Ensure that either the preparer's SSN or PTIN is there and valid.
