efile: Alabama e-file requires a valid 10-digit telephone number for the non-resident partner (no partner exists).
Solution: Please review screen 32.1, Partner Miscellaneous Info. Scroll to the Alabama Schedule NRC-Exempt (Nonresidents only) section, and review the entries there. The partners are listed on the left-hand pane. If no non-resident partners exists, ensure the field labeled "Nonresident partner is NRC-exempt (Ctrl+T) is blank. An entry can cause the diagnostic to trigger.
