The following diagnostic is generating:

Alimony recipient's social security number entered, but no alimony was paid.

Solution:

See Screen 24 - in the Alimony Paid section - in the field 'Alimony Paid (Ctrl+E)' field open the detail window if no alimony was paid remove SSN present
